When to use this
Use this engagement when the full annual disclosure pack is not yet ready, but the audit committee needs a clean ESG finance briefing within days.
What we examine
Slide claims that cite financial or climate figures, appendix extracts that will be tabled, and the linkage between oral talking points and written backup. We mark statements that over-claim relative to the evidence in the pack.
Deliverable
Annotated pack, a one-page risk summary for the company secretary or CFO, and optional attendance on a preparation call (not as a presenting adviser unless separately agreed).
