Engagement fees follow pack size, quantitative depth, and calendar pressure — not a subscription ladder.
How we price
Most work is quoted as a fixed engagement fee after a short scoping call. Day rates apply only to board pack readiness reviews and narrowly defined follow-up days.

Figures are informational only and exclude disbursements such as certified translation or on-site travel outside Hong Kong Island and Kowloon when required.
What moves the estimate
- Number of ESG quantitative tables and climate scenarios in scope
- Whether prior-year restatements or boundary changes need reconstruction
- Dual-language packs requiring parallel reading
- Filing freeze less than three weeks from kickoff
What we do not sell
Monthly software licences, seat-based subscriptions, or “unlimited review” retainers that blur independence. Recurring work is scoped year by year against that cycle’s draft pack.
Deposits
A 40% commencement invoice is due on engagement letter signature. The balance is invoiced on delivery of the final memo. See the refund policy for cancellation and rescheduling terms.
