Preparing dual-language ESG packs without doubling the errors

Dual-language packs fail when each language is “finished” by a different team on a different night. Figures get updated in English tables while Chinese narrative still cites the prior bridge.

A sequence that reduces rework

Freeze numbers once. Translate or align languages second. Run the disclosure review third on both languages against the same frozen workbook. If Chinese is a full translation rather than a parallel draft, still spot-check every table caption and every finance-linked sentence.

We price dual-language reading as an uplift because both versions must be cited in the issues log. The cost is usually lower than a printer recall.
