Why we exist
Listed groups and larger private companies in Hong Kong now publish ESG packs that investors, lenders, and committees actually read. Soft language beside hard figures creates risk. Smartcloudapicom was formed to give finance and sustainability owners a disciplined, independent reading before those packs leave the building.
How we work
We treat disclosure review as professional scrutiny, not a marketing polish. Working papers are organised by claim, evidence, and finance link. Findings are ranked so the audit committee can see what must change before print and what can wait for the next cycle.

We meet clients at One Harbour Square, 181 Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong, and work securely over file share when packs cannot leave the client environment.
